It`s been out here in Japan for a bit. Of course I have no money to buy it and I haven`t played any of them. It just makes me feel big to say it okay! 🙂

Well, dang, I was just talking with someone about Velvet Underground and Nico (today, in fact, Forum member who named her doll Nico).
What a coincidence! I’ve been playing Chelsea Girl from Nico’s solo lp (1967) the last 2 days LOL.
I must have like 5 different versions of that first VU lp, between vinyl, cd and comp sets 😀
    Nico is awesome 🙂

Yeah, the aforementioned Doll’s name will be Nico Vespa. Rawr. 🙂

‘Chelsea girl’ was a good album, but hands down, I love ‘The marble index’. It goes down in history as being one of the most beautifully bleak albums ever recorded. And the first two VU releases are necessary additions to any musique library. I’m kinda iffy on the Doug Yule years, but they’re growing on me..
