Michael Jackson Found Innocent, Common Sense Shot Several Times in Face

I’ve not been keeping up with that case at all, cos ultimately I don’t really care, but again, I erroneously believed that right thinking would prevail.

California – Jurors in Michael Jackson’s child sex trial will not hear a former Neverland security guard’s explosive claim that he once fetched Vaseline for the singer’s implied sex acts with a youth, the court ruled on Thursday. [..] Former guard Kassim Abdool was prepared to tell jurors that he brought the “sweaty, aroused” singer a jar of Vaseline while he was in his bedroom with a 12- or 13-year-old youth, court documents said. (from this site)

Guess not! This sort of thing is why I don’t keep up with the news in general, cos I never really hear anything good..

Let’s talk about something else, shall we?
Having successfully returned from the eye doctor (her first name starts with an ‘S’, and not a ‘J’, as I’d mis-reported) with a clean bill of health, I stopped round to Meijer and grabbed the latest issue of .. err, it was PlayStation magazine, I believe. Normally I don’t buy videogame magazines, shockingly enough, but this month’s issue featured a demo disk for the new ‘Gundam vs Zeta Gundam‘ game. Practically anything dealing with the Universal Century timeline is fab, but a game featuring all of my favourite Mobile suits from Zeta?? I am wroth with froth. It’ll be out in late June, they say, so I’m guessing it’ll actually be out in early July.
And on the back of said magazine, there was an advert for ‘Samurai western‘, which is another must-buy for me, cos any game containing gratuitous dismemberment and the ability to deflect bullets with your katana equals winner in my book.. However, I didn’t think that’d be out this soon.. And I still haven’t picked up Devil may cry 3, or Red ninja, or GunGriffon Allied strike. And wahey, SoulCalibur 3 is due out this year! Grrr. Now I have to get a job..

And that’s the lot! Anyway, this post has achieved what I wanted it to do, which is bumping the previous post from the topmost slot. Bitterness is all well and good, but I don’t want casual viewers tuning in to ‘Shouting etc etc’, and mistakenly thinking they’ve clicked on a LiveJournal

Take a pass on the “Red Ninja” game.
What is a LiveJournal, and why does whining have anything to do with it?

You do realize that his being found not guilty (which is not “innocent) is a boon for people “who are different”. The jury even said so – they think he’s probably guilty of something, but not the crimes he was charged for. This is proof the system works.

Next they’ll be going after department store Santas because they seem to really like little kids on their laps.

He’s a feak, but a freak with lots of money, and while he may act inappropriate (he’s definately got problems), he’s also wearing a big ole bullseye on his back for people who know that he would rather give money than face the scrutiny of the public eye.

You want to get conviction, try him with witnesses who aren’t professional grifters, liars, and con artists. Any mother who would knowingly give her child to Michael Jackson (and this was after the first allegation surfaced) has got to be up to something.

I had been following the case and it was suck a joke I was embarrassed for the DA.

    So there.

Yeah, I had considered that angle: MJ is a paedophile, but he’s also not like ‘normal’ people’, and ‘normal’ people would want to essentially crucify him by saying, ‘He’s a weirdo, throw him in jail, oh, and he touches kids, too’. And I really had no idea that his accuser had left her child in MJ’s extended (pun) company post-first allegation.

I suppose what I should’ve stated, or added, in my main post, was ‘The fact that MJ is freakish is, well, freakish, but if you need a solid reason to throw him in prison, that should be because he’s a paedophile.’ Unfortunately, because of who he is, the view the public has is beyond distorted, and that’s why you have people like the accuser going after him, cos they see him as a good way to make some money.

    I’d make a horrible juror.

    Simon –
Ta very much for the linkage! I’m currently doing a bit of research into Android SAYA, who could be called Actroid’s older-and-not-as-pretty sister, so expect some droolings about that relatively soon..

Why should I pass on Red ninja? Everyone’s saying that! You get to kill people with wire. Kill people with wire. How is that not cool??
And LiveJournals are another hosting service for weblogs, like WordPress or Moveable Type. LJ users are usually typefied by fifteen-year olds who endlessly whinge about their school and/or their parents, and regard mall-punk as being legitimate music.

Rent the Red Ninja. It gets a 1-star for gratuitous panty-shots, and a half-star for garrotte(sp) killings.
In all other ways, it sucks like a hoover plugged into a 220 outlet.

Why would one service attract more whiny brats than another?
Which service has the highest percentage of whiny limeys? ‘Cuz that’s where I’m headed next. I need some UK OK?

Slightly different tack but my all time favourite post of yours was the copy of an internet chat you had. Any more lying about?

I know, there’s already enough comments here. But I gotta say, for a second I thought it said “Michael Jackson Found Incoherant, Common Sense Shot Several Times in France”

that was your all-time favourite post?? Well, if it made you laugh aloud, or simply produced as little as a bemused snort, then it’s done its job. 🙂

I’ll see what I can dig up..
