This occurred while I was at work, but ‘Shouting to hear the echoes’ received its 100,000th visitor yesterday! Who are these people? Actually, the thing is is that a lot of the hits aren’t garnered from actual humans; they’re from Google image search results, so that hardly counts. So perhaps it’s better to say that ‘Shouting to hear the echoes’ received its 100,000th symbolic visitor yesterday. N.B.: that’s not necessarily a more accurate thing to say, just better. Yeah.
I don’t really understand that either, but it’s late and my sinuses are testing my patience. Nevertheless, Thanks to all of you for stopping round!

Hiya!
Sinus problems yeah? Well try a sinus “douche”…I know it sounds disgusting (as douches go), but with saline it does help. Go to the local chemist and get saline only. In no time you’ll be your same chipper self.
Love to Shi-chan!

I probably made it sound like my sinuses are filled with pure magma, but it’s not as bad as you’d think. I’m afflicted with what locals call ‘Michigan nose’: our weather changes frequently and at the drop of a hat; one day, it’ll be like 95°, and the next it’ll be 70°. We have a saying here: if you don’t like the weather, just wait a couple of minutes, and it’ll change. Heh.
As a result of it being in the high sixties at the beginning of the day, going to the upper eighties by mid-day, and back to the low sixties by the time I got home, my sinuses decided to close their blast doors, effectively making me a literal mouth-breather. But now that I’m acclimatised, I’m sound as a pound! This is why I advocate passing a law that ensures that it’ll be 66° throughout the nation year-round, forever.
I can’t believe I went into that much depth, describing my sinus condition. This will be the exact moment when the numbers of my readers will begin ‘mysteriously’ disappearing; mark my words.

Damn, I read the title and I thought you had hit the lottery!
I was expecting to read how Shi-chan was getting a new body and a Rosa Jewel to keep her company in your new house where your buddy Mahtek was gonna’ help you install a whole house doll trolley system!
Oh well, congrats on all the hits…I guess. 😕

Mahtek –
If only, sir; if only. *deep sigh* Ah well.
It shall be inscribed upon my headstone: ‘He had a lot of hits’.
Miss Hyde –
You’re saying you’re like a bad penny? 😉

Congratulations on the ever-increasing number of visitors, virtual or otherwise! I was going to make a funny about “hits” but since “I Wanna Be Straight” is playing now (courtesy of Mr Ian Dury) that would be somewhat hypocritical 😛
Happies to you and Sidore-chan 😀

Hey there.
I’ve been reading your blog lately, after coming across the “guys and dolls” documentary on google videos.
This blog of yours is an interesting read. I’m not an idollator but the concept of technology/robotics applied to sex is very interesting, and I can’t wait to see what marvels Man is going to invent in this department.
I’m a girl, and that may be why I’d like a more “active” doll, so to speak, to exist before I consider giving the whole thing a try…
Anyway, my point was something along the line of “not all those hits are from google image search” 🙂

Hey Groups (does that imply that, like Legion, you are many?) –
Thanks for commenting, and double-thanks for being a reader!
The technology for active Synthetiks exploded last year, with the advent of the Actroid series from Japan, and the EveR series from S.Korea. It’s kinda slowed down a bit, but I’d like to believe that it’s due to the respective companies working on the research and development. I daresay that you might have your Android lover within the next couple of decades, the way things are proceeding…
Dolls, both mobile and static, are rather fascinating! You’ve certainly come to the right place for it. 🙂 Thanks again for stopping round!
